The government delayed a lot in approaching the High Court against the order. Justice Shekhar B. Saraf has given this order while rejecting the appeal of the state government.

The District Judge of Mirzapur, while hearing the suit of M/s Sincere Construction, had passed an ex-parte order on February 24, 2021. The government had challenged the order of the district judge. It was said that the order was one-sided. It should be cancelled.
